Action roguelike Summum Aeterna plans on leaving Early Access and jumping straight into consoles.

Developer Aeternum Game Studios has announced Summum Aeterna has gone gold, which means the game has reached gold master status, so its development and code is finalized and ready for distribution.

Although the release date of Summum Aeterna is already known, we confirm that the game goes Gold for all platforms, guaranteeing, except for last-minute setbacks, its availability on September 14 on Steam and PlayStation, Nintendo and Xbox consoles.

Our frenetic Roguelite will definitely see the light of day after more than two years of development and one in Early Access, featuring a Steam rating of over 90% positive votes.

The prequel to Aeterna Noctis promises hundreds of hours of fun. Summum Aeterna incorporates a unique adventure generation and customization system, allowing users to enjoy the game experience at their will.

Another of the highlights of this title is its frantic combat system that pushes players to the test, with more than 50 weapons that can be customized with over 100 power gems, besides the possibility of “ascending” these weapons to unleash their full destructive potential.

World influences that change the metaverse of the game, curses on the player, multiplayer and cross-platform leaderboard, 8 procedurally generated worlds, equipment system and permanent upgrades, skin customization… The possibilities are infinite!

Summum Aeterna has already conquered the hearts of PC gamers, and now sets out to do the same on consoles.

Summum Aeterna is available on Microsoft Windows (through Steam’s Early Access), and is set to release on September 14, 2023, for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
