Japanese developer Nippon Columbia has announced Sumikko Gurashi Tsukurou! Suteki-na Sumikko Shima, a new game based on the popular Sumikko Gurashi franchise.

Sumikko Gurashi Tsukurou! Suteki-na Sumikko Shima is in development for Nintendo Switch and will launch in Japan sometime this winter. For now you can visit the game’s official website.

In this game, you will work with Sumikko to create a “comfortable island” on an undeveloped uninhabited island. While fulfilling Sumikko’s requests, you can create buildings and decorations with materials collected on the island, and sometimes grow and harvest fruits and vegetables. The island has four seasons, and the appearance of the island and the materials that can be collected change with the seasons.
