Wew, that PC port is looking good Capcom

    -No keyboard support

    -Extreme lack of content

-No Dinput support (missing a lot of controller support)

-Bad online support as of typing

    -Censored

As usual, I won’t be buying censored shit with the problems Heavily Augmented already stated too.

The screenshots look awful. A gazillion jaggies veiled by bad AA.

Yet sadly it is #4 on Steam right now…well here’s hoping after a bit there will be a huge drop off in sales after a few days and that there will be a flood of refunds.

Of course if that happens Capcom, in their “wisdom” will probably say, “Oh they don’t like SF on PC, okay NO MORE PC PORTS.”

If I promised to vote Hillary, would SocJus let me have the buttslap back?

Luckily i got this game as a gift from someone as a present. and aside from the whole buttslap thing but Laura having underboob DLC, I’ve been enjoying the game.

The PC port works fine for me even if my computer can hardly run the game since i still haven’t bought an actual GPU for gaming for it.

Even without it being censored, its still a pretty mediocre title, feels rushed and it wouldnt detect tons of sticks when I played the beta

I’m confused, why would a beta get a launch trailer when they had a bunch of them already?

I’ve brought this game up before, but if anyone is looking for an alternative fighting game on PC, Rivals of Aether should be at the top of your list: http://store.steampowered.com/app/383980/

-Natively supports keyboards, xinput controllers, Dinput… even Gamecube controllers!

-Only priced 15 bucks, which is appropriate for a similar amount of current content

-Frequent updates, developer that listens to his community

-Free content additions such as characters, story mode to be added as well

    -Online works sublimely

-Actually caters to the existing community by making a hardcore fighting game first and foremost

Pretty much this, just get the edition with all the bells and whistles later in the long run. Capcom just being Capcom as usual, it’s pretty bare bones and the servers are a shit show at the moment.

That bad, eh? After 3 betas you would think that at least the online should be fine.

You pretty much stole the words right out of my mouth, I was having a conversation with somebody earlier today about that and I just couldn’t wrap my head around how Capcom managed to drop the ball on this predicament even after having multiple betas. Hell, even the last beta they did ran way better, I was able to find matches in a heartbeat during the beta. It’s just another nail in the coffin for me when it comes to online multiplayer games, I’ve been burnt out buying MP games and not working as intended right out of the gate.

Unfortunately the fighting game genre will probably fade back into obscurity once again this gen. SF V offers way too little to draw in anyone but the most dedicated fans.

Yeah, I’m not much of a MP either. This and online
only games are not my thing, plus my internet setup is made of sticks and stones.
