Street Fighter 6 sneakily adds Denuvo DRM to Steam page ahead of launch

Street Fighter 6

The Steam page for the upcoming Street Fighter 6 now includes a disclaimer that the game incorporates Denuvo “Anti-Tamper” DRM.

Not only does the game’s use of Denuvo hypothetically affect a user’s ability to cheat, but will also include a “5 different PC within a day machine activation limit”; possibly in an effort to prevent log-in sharing via Steam.

Street Fighter 6 is the latest in the popular fighting game franchise which will feature new and returning characters alongside new features like in-game commentation.

You can check out our hands on preview of the game here.

Street Fighter 6 is launching on June 2nd, 2023 across Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
