The key to unlocking a character’s second costume for free is to max out their bond in the “World Tour” single player mode. There’s quite a handful of ways to do this and we’ll be going over them one by one.

Fighting

The straightforward approach, as you play a character in World Tour they will eventually ask you to spar with them. These sparring matches can give you a bump in your Bond with your preferred character.

Gifts

This is one of the fastest ways, in World Tour you can talk to characters and give them gifts. These gifts give a chunk of Bond and are relatively easy to farm. Just make sure you find out what each character’s preferred gifts are.

Talking

Similar to gifting, you’ll be given the opportunity to engage in dialogue with the characters of Street Fighter 6. You’ll be given a few choices to pick from and yes, there is a right and wrong answer; so make sure you brush up on the character’s lore and preferences.

Mastery Quest

As you raise your fighting style rank with a character, you’ll get a little side quest to complete. These quests reward a good chunk of Bond and are easy to complete when just playing normally.
