Japanese developer MAGES. has announced a delay for STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT, their new reboot of the original game.

The developer will delay the STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT from its previously announced 2025 release window for one sometime next year, in 2026. A reason for the delay wasn’t given.

New screenshots (featured above and below) were revealed, showing off the new remake’s updated graphics:

The STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT will fully recreate the original 2009 STEINS;GATE game with new graphics, as well as new story segments, though release platforms weren’t confirmed.
