• Steam Base Builder Fest showcases colony sims and city building games on sale

    Steam has launched a new “Base Builder Fest” sale which showcases games where players can build their own city, colony, or other type of base.

    Games featured in the sale include overworld city builders like Cities Skylines, colony simulators like Rimworld and the recently released Dwarf Fortress, and even survival games with base building like Fallout 76 and Grounded.

    Here’s a few highlights from the sale:

    Notable absent from the sale are Factorio (which despite being featured on the sale page is not on sale) and V Rising.

    The Steam Base Builder Fest sale is available from January 23 through January 30 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.
