Players will burn with desire to explore Starship Troopers: Terran Command – Raising Hell when the new expansion drops this Fall bringing new units, missions, and a completely new environment.
Here’s a rundown on the new content:
Fire and fury
A new real-time single-player strategy adventure awaits in Starship Troopers: Terran Command – Raising Hell. With a controlling Federation presence high above the planet’s surface, the unforgiving Gehenna is a highly profitable resource-rich planet with its mining and heavy industry protected by a bunch of gritty veterans and adventuring mercenaries. The war with the Arachnids wreaks havoc on Gehenna as well, and a horde of Bugs has descended on the lava-spewing hellscape. Evolving new and dangerous strains amid the harsh volcanic conditions, the Arachnids threaten not only the human population but also the war-critical and precious natural resources. Once more, the Mobile Infantry is sent, with the Federation’s hardiest fighters doing the dirty work, safeguarding humanity against the ever-menacing Bug threat.
Starship Troopers: Terran Command – Raising Hell is a single-player focused expansion featuring seven story-rich combat missions, a series of new units, additional gameplay mechanics, a richly detailed (and very fiery) new environment, and other new features. Players will take charge with Mobile Infantry forces, including the new Powered Suit Incinerators and Powered Suit Officers, and gain access to Mercenary and Vilon Station units, from Frag Mercs to Engineering Bipeds and Shredder Mercs. The Arachnids, too, have evolved to spawn new units. These include nimble Stingers shooting superheated projectiles, airborne Pyroflies, and monstrous Immolators.
Starship Troopers: Terran Command puts the player in charge of do-or-die Federation forces in a brutal war against the Arachnid aliens.
Starship Troopers: Terran Command is available on Microsoft Windows (through Steam). The Raising Hell expansion is scheduled to release on fall 2023.
