Independent developer Concernedape has announced the console release date for Stardew Valley, their Harvest Moon-like throwback life-sim RPG.
The game will launch for PlayStation 4 on December 13th in North America and on December 14th in Europe for PlayStation 4 – and globally for Xbox One. Pre-orders for the game launch Xbox One (globally) and PS4 (Europe only) on November 30th.
The game’s planned Wii U version has been scrapped for a new release on the Nintendo Switch.
In related news, Harvest Moon creator Yasuhiro Wada highly praised Stardew Valley, even going as far to say it carries on the series legacy. You can read more about that here.
