Star Trek Bridge Crew Delayed Again, Adds USS Enterprise Bridge

Ubisoft’s Star Trek VR game, Star Trek: Bridge Crew, has been delayed yet again.

In a blog post, Ubisoft confirmed that the “Social VR” game has been delayed from its March release date to May 30th, 2017. This is the second time the game has been delayed after its original November release date.

However, not all of the news is bad, as Ubisoft has confirmed that the iconic USS Enterprise will be a playable level in the game. In the blog post, the senior creative director of developer Red Storm Games, David Votypka, said this about the addition of the Enterprise:

The original U.S.S. Enterprise is such an iconic part of the franchise. The adventures and relationships that took place on the ship are a special part of Star Trek history, so we were determined to give players the opportunity to create their own adventures and stories on this classic ship.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew is coming to PSVR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift.
