Square Enix has put up a feedback survey on their official website.
“Beginning June 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. to July 8, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, in appreciation of our fans’ valuable time, 14 random participants who complete this survey will receive up to $500 of Square Enix Store funds.”
They claim the survey should take less than 20 minutes.
