TV Tokyo and co-animation studios Wit Studio and CloverWorks have announced Spy X Family season three is now in production.

In addition, a poster of Anya sleeping with dog Bond is revealed, drawn by character designer Kazuaki Shimada, was revealed during the Special Event SPY x FAMILY ANIME EXTRA MISSION., a pay-per-view event available until June 16.

The exact details for Season 3 are unknown as no trailer has been released yet. Here’s a full look at the new key poster for the third season:

Spy x Family’s first season aired on April 2022 with great success; the second season, about the Cruise Adventure Arc, aired on October 2023 with 12 episodes. Spy X Family: Code White is an anime film released in December 2023 in Japan and later opened in America in April, topping number 5 at the box office.

Viz Media, the English-language distributor of the manga, describes the story as such:

Master spy Twilight is the best at what he does when it comes to going undercover on dangerous missions in the name of a better world. But when he receives the ultimate impossible assignment—get married and have a kid—he may finally be in over his head!
