Sound Shapes is one of those games that is so simple and yet so brilliant, I literally could not put it down when I played it on Playstation 3 and Vita. I have a double platinum for the game across both platforms, and I still play the game to this day. Naturally, I’m super excited that the game is coming to Playstation 4.

To compliment the game launching on Playstation 4, Sony Santa Monica has made a lot of changes, updates, and additions. The game will utilize the Dualshock 4’s touchpad, light bar, and speakers. It also takes advantage of the PS4’s social features, like being able to livestream your gameplay over the internet.

Sound Shapes will be free on Playstation 4 if you ever purchased it before on PS3 or Vita, and it will come with all of the previous DLC, alongside some new stuff as well. Sony Santa Monica is releasing the game’s first art pack, and five new milkcrate albums from various Sony big wig developers (which are free), and two brand new sound packs.
