Publisher Dear Villagers and developer Retro Forge Games announced Souldiers is delayed to June 2022.
While Souldiers is delayed to June 2nd, 2022, the game is forgoing its previously planned May release date. When the game is out it’ll be available for Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
“Mighty warriors, we know how eager you are to begin your adventure in Terragaya. However, the release of Souldiers, originally scheduled for May 19th, has to be postponed despite our best efforts to June 2nd on all platforms,” the developer said.
They added, “This is certainly not an announcement we wanted to make, we owe to be as transparent and honest as possible with you all. We’ve run into some unexpected difficulties and want to make sure that the experience we’re offering you is the best it can be, so we’ve had to slightly delay the launch of the game. But don’t worry, it’s just a matter of two weeks! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.”
