The latest Famitsu (via Ryokutya2089) has a tease for a new feature coming in Soulcalibur VI.
The news comes via an interview with game producer Motohiro Okubo, who teased a “major” new single-player mode alongside the game’s standard story mode, the latter of which is called “Soul Chronicle.”
The story kicks off in 1586 but has new episodes explaining the series’ origins, from 1583 to 1590, going deep into the origins and the original characters. The story includes dialogue scenes, 2.5D and full 3D scenes, and of course – battles.
