• Season Pass Confirmed for Soulcalibur VI

    Bandai Namco has announced Soulcalibur VI will have a season pass.

    The news comes via an interview with game producer Motohiro Okubo, in an interview with Nvidia.


    In the video (2:36) he confirmed that more character announcements were to come, and that a Season Pass would be available at the game’s global launch on October 19th. The Season Pass is said to contain four additional characters and “over a hundred” customization parts for character customization.

    Okubo also explain the development process for the game involved the team watching a lot of movie action scenes, and taking inspiration from how Soul Calibur II felt to control.

    Soulcalibur VI will release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on October 19th, 2018. In case you missed it, you can find our 30 minute hands-on video of game from this year’s E3 here.
