We’ve learned (via Gamer.ne) that Soul Calibur: Lost Swords is going to be shut down relatively soon.
The free-to-play version of the ongoing fighting game series will end on November 30th at 5 PM Japan time, following its year and a half service exclusively on the Playstation 3.
The game will stop offering its in-game purchases like AP potions and Continue tickets on September 30th. Other items like treasures chests and ally-boosting enhancements will stop being sold on October 27th.
Bandai Namco also shared a “commemorative graduation ranking” trailer, which kicks off between September 16th to September 30th.
Soul Calibur: Lost Swords first launched in Japan on February 6th, 2014, as a free-to-play game with in-game purchases. The game later came to both America and Europe in April of 2014 as well.
