We’ve learned (via Dualshockers) of a curious new trademark filed by Sony.

The new mark is for the name “Days Gone,” and it was filed back on December 28th of last year. This mark is filed under Class 9 (game software), as well as class 41, which is for online game software.

If you’re thinking this automatically means the game will feature online multiplayer – class 41 is required for any kind of online feature, i.e. leaderboards, chat, etc.
