    Sega has announced Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is adding its latest post-launch character, Goro Majima from the Yakuza series, this week.

    The new update brings with it Goro Majima (Captain Majima) as a playable character later this week, on April 29th.

    Here’s a rundown on the new content, plus a trailer:

    • Goro Majima (Captain Majima) as a playable character 
    • Goro Majima (Captain Majima)’s vehicle, the Goromaru 
    • Special emotes and sounds

    Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds has been available across Windows PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, PS4, and PS5.
