• Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds tops 1 million copies sold

    Sega announced Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds has topped a million copies since its global release a few weeks ago.

    Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds has been available across Windows PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PS4, and PS5 since September 25th, 2025. A Switch 2 port is planned for later.

    Sega shared some more stats of the game’s successful launch:

    • Raced over 74.5 million times
    • Played in over 31.5 million Grands Prix
    • Played in over 13 million Ranked Matches

    The game also released its previously announced free downloadable content, featuring Joker from Persona 5. It includes:

    • Joker as a playable character
    • Joker’s vehicle, the Arsène Wing  
    • Three new Joker-themed songs added to the Jukebox 
      • “Take Over” 
      • “Wake Up, Get Up, Get out There” 
      • “Victory”
    • Special emotes and sounds
