Sonic Origins Plus has showcased a bit of its retro-inspired Collector’s Edition, which includes an exclusive Sega Genesis box made specifically for the game.
Pre-orders for the Collector’s Edition are available exclusively on Pix’n Love’s official site, opening Wednesday, September 27 at 4 p.m. (UK time).

Imagined by fans for fans, the numbered Sonic Origins Plus Collector’s Edition comes in the form a cardboard box into which a printed plastic sleeve slips.
This prestigious boxset with generous dimensions (28 cm width x 26 cm height) brings together:
- The physical game Sonic Origins Plus “Day One Edition” for Nintendo Switch™, PS4™, PS5™ or Xbox™
- A new 96-page artbook
- An acrylic plaque
- Four lithographs
A true tribute to Sonic, one of the greatest icons of video games, this Collector’s Edition benefited from the collaboration of the Sonic Team, the famous studio founded at the end of the 1980s and behind the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.
Players who pre-order the game’s physical edition will also receive a Sega Genesis-inspired box for Sonic Origins Plus.
Sonic Origins Plus is now available across PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Microsoft Windows (through Steam).
