Sega have released the second free update for Sonic Frontiers, which celebrates the franchise’s 22nd birthday since the launch of the original game back in 1991.
The update brings about new fun items for a birthday celebration for Sonic in his adventure. Those there’s more than simple items added in this update. Sonic also can learn new moves, take on new challenges, and the game finally gets a New Game Plus feature.

The game has seen much success since its launch back at the end of last year. It has managed to sell nearly 3 million units in the first few months after launch and become a major financial success for Sega.
Sonic Frontiers is available now across Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. You can check out our review here!
