Lab Zero Games are bringing their extremely stylish 2D brawler, Skullgirls Encore, to a pretty wide audience today – Playstation Plus subscribers.

Whenever the Playstation Store updates today, the game will become free for all current and soon to be Playstation Plus subscribers. The Encore version of Skullgirls comes with a myriad of new content, most notably the new characters that came with the crowdfunding campaign, lots of balance tweaks, a goofy typing mode, and even new levels.

Skullgirls Encore has been available on the Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade since February of this year.
