Lab Zero Games have confirmed that Skullgirls: Encore is making the leap to Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita.

Due out sometime later this year, both versions will come with all of the downloadable content previously released, as well as the previous tweaks and balance patches.

Lab Zero Games are heading to EVO 2014 as well, meaning that a Skullgirls tournament will be held. The pot will start at $5000 dollars, and both the first and second place winners will both receive a Playstation 4 console, via Sony. If you’re unable to make it to EVO 2014, make sure to tune into MadCatz’s Twitch stream for the top eight contestants in the tournament.

A price wasn’t confirmed, but we’ll keep you guys posted.
