King Kong is getting his own open world character action game in Skull Island: Rise of Kong, now coming in October.

Skull Island: Rise of Kong is scheduled to release October 17, 2023, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Microsoft Windows (through Steam).

The game has been poorly received so far from its trailer footage, with YouTube users claiming the graphics are outdated, and that the game is unimpressive.
