Shelter 2, the sequel that trades playing as a mother badger for a mother lynx, has been delayed into next year.
Developer Might and Delight confirmed the news that Shelter 2 wouldn’t be coming until Q1 of 2015, foregoing its late 2014 release. Specific reasons weren’t given; presumably, the game just needs some more polishing and fine-tuning.
Shelter 2 is a bigger and better take on what made the original “meditative badger adventure” stand out. In both the original as well as the sequel, you play as a mother who must protect and feed her offspring.

Rather than prioritizying them for gaming droughts which is when they should advertise the hell out of them. Its good for the community and the bottom line.
