Shadow Warrior Developer Working on Brand New Fantasy FPS

Polish developer Flying Wild Hog (Shadow Warrior reboot) is hiring a bunch of new employees for an entirely new game, and we have some tidbits that give us hints at what this new project entails.

Via a job listing over on Polish jobs site Skillshot (thanks, NeoGAF), the company lists job openings for a concept artist, game designer, a lead programmer, and more – all for a new game that is described as a “fantasy FPS,” for PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One. The key thing here is that Flying Wild Hog isn’t making another game from an existing IP, whatever this is, it’s entirely new.

We’ll keep you guys posted.

Hell (From the Painkiller guys). Asian theme. Wonder what will be their next one?

I, for one, needs a Western meets Cyberpunk style FPS.

Consider my interest piqued, Can’t think of a good fantasy FPS I’ve played since the days of Hexen & Heretic (not saying none exist, just that they passed way under my radar) and the last one of any note I remember was that less-than-great Wheel of Time one.

Yet to play the new Shadow Warrior, but everyone tells me good things, so I’m interested in hearing more about what the studio has in mind.

Now this is exciting! Shadow Warrior was a great effort, and these guys are certainly talented. Can’t wait to see what they come up with.

Hell yeah. Hard Reset and Shadow Warrior were both so good.
