Developer Gleamer Studio is working on a new city builder Settlement Survival, which they say is inspired by Banished, the February 2014-released indie hit that saw the resurgence of the genre. Now, we’ve learned Settlement Survival is getting a demo very soon.

Settlement Survival is getting a demo during Steam Next Fest, which runs October 1st through the 7th, so you’ll be able to download the demo then. Following the demo, Settlement Survival is launching for Windows PC via Steam Early Access on October 15.

Lead your people to their new settlement in this survival city-builder. You will need to provide their shelter, guarantee the food supply, protect against threats of nature, and pay attention to well-being, happiness, education, and employment.
