Senran Nin’Nin’Ninja Taisen Neptune: Shoujo-tachi no Kyoen launches August 26th in Japan, publisher Compile Heart and developer Tamsoft have announced (via Ryokutya2089) in the latest Famitsu.
When Senran Nin’Nin’Ninja Taisen Neptune: Shoujo-tachi no Kyoen launches it will be available for PlayStation 4, for 8,360 yen. Famitsu also confirmed the first official playable characters in the March-announced game.

Some more tidbits were leaked from Famitsu prior to its publishing, including more playable characters will be revealed in the future – with some being really big surprises and others being totally unexpected.
The game features RPG elements in areas other than battles, like leveling up through experience, skill customization, and a sphere spirit board. Senran Nin’Nin’Ninja Taisen Neptune: Shoujo-tachi no Kyoen is reportedly being designed to be easy and fun to play for RPG users, even if you’re not good at action games – you can defeat tough enemies with RPG-like elements and customization.
