In addition to new, summery costumes, updated versions of Shinovi Versus costumes will be available in Estival Versus. Players will be able to take group photos of up to five of the characters together, after dolling them up and posing them. Also, “whisk”, “pinch”, and “pull” interference actions have been introduced in addition to “rub” and “tear”.
As per usual, as players battle, characters’ clothes will tear away. In the new game, however, costumes can be entirely destroyed with a “Purupuru Finish”. Purupuru finishers can only happen under particular circumstances. With Purupuru finishes, players will be able to see characters get into situations like slipping on soap, getting caught in fish traps, and getting stuck up in a cherry tree.
The circumstances for using these finishers haven’t been revealed, and we don’t know what gameplay modes they will be available for, but hopefully they make it to the 10-person multiplayer. That would be funny.
Thanks to Famitsu for the new info (via Gematsu).
