After teasing its release yesterday on Twitter, Square Enix has officially announced the Seiken Densetsu Collection, a re-release of the first three games in the series for Nintendo Switch.
Releasing June 1st for 4800 yen, the game includes Seiken Densetsu: Final Fantasy Gaiden, released in the west as Final Fantasy Adventure and recently remade as Adventures of Mana, Seiken Densetsu II, called Secret of Mana in the west, and Seiken Densetsu III, which never saw a western release or a Japanese re-release of any kind.
The collection will add quick saves, music menus, and an aspect ratio change option for Final Fantasy Adventure.
There’s no word on a western release, but we hope we’ll finally be able to play Seiken Densetsu III with an official translation very soon.
