Sega recently confirmed they’ll be finally giving us a proper look at the next Sakura Wars game.
The news comes from a new Sega Nama live broadcast (via Games Jouhou) where Sega boss Toshihiro Nagoshi confirmed they’ll be able to finally unveil the game soon.
Furthermore, Nagoshi said the game is looking great, and that the team is putting a lot of passion into its development. The game was announced back in April of this year.
The last Sakura Wars game, Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love, came out way back in 2005 – for the PlayStation 2. It took five years for it to get an English release, due to its massive script.
A release windows for the new Sakura Wars isn’t confirmed yet.
