• Sega Europe Registers Domain for “Shenmue HD”

    We’ve learned (via TSSZ News) that Sega Europe has registered a domain for what could be a Shenmue remaster.

    The new domain is for “shenmuehd.com”, and was registered by Sega back in September of last year. It was updated today by the publisher, but if you visit the website, you’ll get nothing.

    Back in May of last year, Sega of Europe was also teasing that they were looking into how to make Shenmue 1 and 2 HD a reality.

    Series creator Yu Suzuki has been working on the next chapter, Shenmue III, which is set for a release on PC and PlayStation 4.
