• Second Expansion for Dragon Quest X is Revealed, Dragon Race is Confirmed

    Square Enix has revealed the second expansion to Dragon Quest X.

    The new expansion, dubbed Dragon Quest X Version 3: Inishie no Ryuu no Denshou (roughly translated in English to Legend of the Ancient Dragon), was confirmed at this year’s Jump Festa.

    Major details were not confirmed, unfortunately, but we did get a tease at a brand new playable Dragon race, which you can view below:

    Square Enix also confirmed a crossover livestream between Dragon Quest X and Final Fantasy XIV, which is going down on December 31st at 9 PM Japan time. The producers Yosuke Saito (Dragon Quest X) and Naoki Yoshida (Final Fantasy XIV) will be hosting it, and there will likely be some shenanigans to witness.
