The upcoming community day for season 8 of Sea of Thieves will be on February 11.

Community Days are a regular event that takes place once per in-game content season. Usually falling on a Saturday, these days include exclusive cosmetics, livestream events, and social media rewards.

Twitter users who post under the hashtag #SeaOfThievesCommunityDay will contribute to a growing modifier for in-game rewards. The more players tweet, the more in-game gold, and reputation all pirates will receive throughout the day.

Players will also get a fixed boost to “Allegiance” throughout the event. Allegiance is how progress is tracked in the new PvP mode introduced in Season 8, with desirable curses unlocked at rank 100 for each faction.

Other goodies include Twitch drops which reward players with the new Celestial Steed Sails and the Ebon Flintlock Pistol, a Community Day flag just for signing in, and a scorecard emote.
