Following last week’s teaser, Bandai Namco has announced a SAND LAND TV anime adaptation.
The new SAND LAND anime will be produced by Sunrise, Kamikaze Douga, and Anima, and is based on the iconic manga by Akira Toriyama that launched back in 2000.
Bandai Namco teases the new project as a collaborative effort where “various partners come together” to make a “wide variety of content” to develop SAND LAND into a “full IP,” starting with the co-production of the anime adaptation by the above companies. This means Bandai Namco is obviously planning a game adaptation at some point.
