Tecmo Koei has released the first official batch of screenshots for Samurai Warriors on Playstation 4. They’ve also released comparison screenshots for the Playstation 3 version, which is already available in Japan. For your viewing pleasure, the PS4 screenshots can be found on the left, with the PS3 screens on the right.

The game on Playstation 4 will featured enhanced graphics, lighting, shadows, and even more enemies on the battlefield. Tecmo Koei is also going to do live streaming of the game, and users that comment can influence the game, although the extent of this was not confirmed.

There will also be cross save functionality, and some artwork for exclusive costumes that come with the first print version of the game were also shown.

Samurai Warriors 4 is coming to PlayStation 4 on September 4th in Japan, and it’s also coming to the West across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita sometime this fall in North America and Europe.
