    SNK Corporation announced Samurai Shodown is getting rollback netcode – news confirmed at EVO 2022.

    The franchise reboot is getting rollback netcode sometime in spring 2023.

    Code Mystics will handle implementing the new netcode, which is based on the netcode already used by The King of Fighters XV.

    Samurai Shodown has been available for Windows PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Google Stadia.
