• Samurai Shodown Launches June for PS4 and Xbox One, Q4 for Switch, PC “Later”

    Athlon Games have confirmed the release dates for Samurai Shodown across various platforms.

    The game will launch in June for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, then release in Q4 2019 for Nintendo Switch. Finally, a PC release is planned “later.”


    Voice acting will be purely in Japanese; with subtitles in English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, French, German, Italian, Korean, Pan-American Spanish, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

    Samurai Shodown will be playable first at this year’s PAX East in Boston, which runs from March 28th to the 31st.
