• Samurai Shodown DLC Characters Basara, Kazuki Kazama, and Wan-Fu Announced

    Publisher Athlon Games and developer SNK Corporation have announced more post-launch DLC characters for Samurai Shodown.

    The game will add Basara, Kazuki Kazama, and Wan-Fu as post launch downloadable content, in October 2019, December 2019, and February 2020, respectively. The game will also add the previously confirmed Rimururu first, in August 2019.

    All the aforementioned characters are included with the game’s Season Pass, and everyone who buys the game before June 30th will get the Season Pass entirely free.

    Samurai Shodown launches today in the Americas and Europe for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while the Japanese release is set for June 27th. The Windows PC and Nintendo Switch versions are planned for a release in Q4 of this year.
