Salad Bowl of Eccentrics began as a light novel series in 2021 from writer-artist duo Yomi Hirasaka (Haganai: I don’t have many friends) and Kantoku (A Sister’s All You Need).
The series follows a magical princess from another world who has to find a way to get along in modern Japan.
Kaburaya Sosuke, an impoverished detective, meets Sarah, a princess from another world with magical powers. They start living together, and Sarah quickly adjusts her life to modern Japan.
