Root Letter Is Getting A Collector’s Edition In Japan

Kadokawa Games have recently revealed the “Premium Edition” for their upcoming visual novel, Root Letter.

The Premium Edition will cost 7,800 yen and will include the following:

  • A box in the shape of Aya’s bag with magnetic opening and closing
  • An exclusive 56 page art book
  • An exclusive 30 song soundtrack
  • A set of seven Premium letters

Kadokawa Games also detailed some retailer bonuses, with customers buying the game on 7-Net Shopping receiving an original jigsaw puzzle and hand towel.

Root Letter is set to launch in Japan on June 16th, 2016 for the PS4 and PS Vita. A North American and European release is also slated for some time later this year.

    Cute, but I’m expecting this game to get Love Plus treatment on all other exclusives~

    Root Letter is more similiar to 428 (on PSP) which is also a mystery novel though.

    On the other hand, Photo Kano Kiss and Amigami (PSP/Vita) are both dating sims like Love Plus.
