Publisher Arc System Works and developer APlus Games announced the River City: Romance of the Three Kingdoms for PC and PS4 release date.
The River City: Romance of the Three Kingdoms for PC and PS4 release date is set for July 21st in Japan, while the Nintendo Switch version was originally released back in December 2021. It’s worth noting PC release is on Steam, and the Switch and PS4 physical versions will be released on the same day.
Furthermore, the companies confirmed the previously detailed Record of the Three Kingdoms Heroes: Red Cliffs Chapter bonus mode is coming on the same day, adding twelve new characters amounting to a total of 24 characters.

River City: Romance of the Three Kingdoms is originally called Kunio-kun no Sangokushi Da Yo: Zenin Shuugou! in Japanese, an homage to the popular classic Japanese comedy show Hachiji Da Yo! Zenin Shuugou!, which starred the legendary Ken Shimura, among others.
