The news that River City Girls 2 adds Marian from Double Dragon and Provie from River City Ransom: Underground comes after the initial two returning protagonists, Misako and Kyoko.

River City Girls 2 is coming to Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PS4, and PS5 and will get a limited physical edition via Limited Run Games.
