Indie developer Aether Studios has announced a release date for newly-rebranded Rivals of Aether 2, their platform brawler sequel originally known as Rivals 2.

Rivals of Aether 2 is finally set to launch on October 23rd for Windows PC (via Steam). A playable beta is set to run from September 27th through the 29th – you can sign up on its Steam page.

Rivals 2 is the next generation of platform fighters and multiplayer brawlers. This sequel to the hit indie fighting game Rivals of Aether is expanded and upgraded with 3D visuals, new mechanics, improved online support, and more!
