Aether Studios has announced another playable character for Rivals 2 at their stage presentation during EVO 2023.

The party brawler has confirmed Maypul as its next character, who returns from the original game with her trusty plant companion Lily, along with 2 new flora friends Terry and Poppy.

Aether Studios also confirmed they’re licensing Snapnet netcode by High Horse Games, which will make up the game’s online servers and rollback netcode.
