Nippon Ichi Software has launched a 25th anniversary website to celebrate the Rhapsody series, their trilogy of music-themed RPGs.
The new 25th anniversary website is now available, and it features artwork from all three games in the series. The site will be updated with various things from the series, so we’ll keep you all posted.
The series actually had its 25th anniversary back on December 17th, 2023, as the first game Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure launched on December 1998 for the PS1.
The second game, Rhapsody II: Ballad of the Little Princess, was released also released for the PS1 back in November 1999. The third entry, Rhapsody III: Memories of Marl Kingdom, was released for PS2 back in December 2000.
All three games have been re-released on various platforms, with the first included in NIS Classics Volume 3 on Switch and on PC, while the latter two were ported to PC (on Steam, II and III) and PS5. All three titles were also released for Switch as Rhapsody: Marl Kingdom Chronicles. Get our review for that here!
