Horror game publisher/developer Puppet Combo has announced console ports for Comp-3 Interactive’s Rewind or Die, a PS1-inspired throwback to 90s VHS rentals.
Rewind or Die is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PS4, and PS5 on August 16th. The throwback horror game has been on PC (via Steam).

Just when you thought it was safe to work, publisher Torture Star Video (Night at the Gates of Hell, Bloodwash is bringing developer Comp-3 Interactive’s (The Keeper, The Thirteenth Floor) nostalgic slasher-horror game Rewind or Die to consoles.
Taking you back to the comforting embrace of the ‘90s, Rewind or Die puts you in the shoes of a hapless video rental store employee. Working a dead-end job is bad enough, but now there’s a killer on the loose and the murders are happening a little close to where you’re stocking shelves. Maybe if you keep your head down and keep the shelves alphabetized, you’ll live to see the end of your shift.
