Delux M900 Pro Gaming Mouse Review

Delux M900 Pro Review

Today we’re taking a look at the M900 Pro, Delux’s flagship lightweight ergonomic gaming mouse.

Featuring an asymmetrical design and lightweight form factor, the M900 Pro should be a great mouse for games with heavy tracking, like Marvel Rivals, Apex Legends, and CoD Warzone, also greatly benefitting from a speed-type mousepad.

Did Delux manage to find a good balance between weight and internals? Can this mouse really deliver on its promises of supreme ergonomics? Find out in our review for the M900 Pro.

When it comes to its specs, the M900 Pro features 8k polling rate through its 2.4ghz receiver, also housing the hyper-accurate 3395 sensor and boasting a pair of high-end switches. The M900 Pro is quite light to hold in your hands, coming in at around 63 grams, which feel like basically nothing.

For its buttons, the mouse uses a pair of Huano Pink Dot micro switches, which feel clicky and satisfying. These are pretty popular switches that are used by other major peripheral brands, and with good reason, they are reliable and responsive.

The battery life on the M900 Pro is also quite surprising, lasting up to 30 hours at 8k and 65 hours at 1k, although there’s a good chance you won’t ever think about the mouse’s battery, thanks to the included charging base.

Frequent readers know of my love for charging bases, and of course, I will also sing the M900 Pro’s praises in this aspect. The included dock serves as both a magnetic stand and also as a USB holder for the mouse’s dongle, letting you keep the receiver closer your device on your desk. It also has RGB, which is quite important.

My setup looks like a miniature city at this point with the amount of charging stations that I have for my peripherals, and I honestly wouldn’t want it any other way. Keeping your peripherals charged while looking stylish is a great quality of life feature, and something I will always shout out when encountered.

A surprising feature is that the mouse actually houses a port on the front for a USB-C connection. It’s not very common for gaming-focused mice to give you the option for a wired connection, so this is quite the welcome addition.

As far as its tactile sensation goes, the M900 Pro has a very smooth matte-coated shell, with no patterns or rubberized spots. There’s a reason for this, though, as it comes with multiple grip tapes that allow the user to customize each area independently.

It’s quite clear that Delux has a big focus on ergonomics, as the M900 Pro’s shape greatly benefits people with bigger hands and who are used to either a palm or claw grip. The asymmetrical design makes it comfortable to rest your thumb on the side, while the arched backside makes the mouse rest snugly in your hand.

As soon as you pick up the M900 Pro it becomes clear that this is going to be a comfortable experience. People with smaller hands should probably look into the M900 Mini, though, which might be a better fit than the regular model.

The software for the M900 Pro is incredibly easy to use and full of features. Customizing your DPI is painless, and you even get to select what colors are associated with each mode.

Things like customizing the side button associations or your preferred polling rate are also painless experiences. The addition of multiple profiles lets you create different sets of settings for multiple games, or just simply lower some of the more battery-consuming aspects while you aren’t gaming.

One of my favorite settings is motion sync, which lets you synchronize the mouse’s polling rate with the sensor data. What this means is that you get more accurate results and improved accuracy, as the receiver and sensor enter a sort of “VSync” state. The best part is that this feature’s only downside, a latency increase, is fully negated by the 8k polling rate.

Delux absolutely outdid themselves with the M900 Pro. Not only is this a super sleek mouse that feels great to use, but its specs are also nothing to scoff at. This is a very complete product that anyone who is serious about hardware needs to check out.

The low friction feet combined with the incredibly light shell and internals make it a must-have for competitive gamers, and even if it might be a little overkill for regular office work, it sure felt great to use while working on other reviews.

It’s rare that I find something with no glaring flaws, and even rarer that I find something I can’t even nitpick. There are zero bad things to say about M900 Pro, which is about as much praise as I can deliver.

You can find the M900 Pro on Delux’s official MercadoLivre and AliExpress stores.
