Capcom have announced they are extending the 60-minute Extended Final Demo for Resident Evil Village to one week.
As previously reported, the Resident Evil April Showcase revealed time-limited demos for Resident Evil Village. This limited time was to evoke the day of events Capcom would have planned, if not for the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. This included two demos; one set in the titular village, and another within the walls of Lady Dimitrescu’s castle.
Due to sheer demand (which some would consider further manufactured due to the limited time of the event), Capcom have announced more dates and times for the 60-minute Extended Final Demo. While originally intended to be a 24 hour window, players will now be able to experience it for one week.
The Extended Final Demo launches May 1st 5 p.m. PT, and will not be playable after May 9th, 5 p.m. PT.
